Glacier Ice is Goldsmith Gallery's trademark name for a specific variety of Blue Zircon, a natural stone mined predominantly in Southeast Asia. Blue Zircon is the December birthstone. First discovered in the early 1900's, most of the stones are a pale blue, nearer in color to Aquamarine than the deep blue variety we carry.
