30 Day Returns. If for any reason you're not satisfied with the item you purchased via this web site you can return *any non-engraved, unsized item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.

*Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned.

To return an item to us follow our three step process:

1. Call 1-800-360-5744 and let us know that you would like to return an item. Please mention the reason for the return so that we can better serve you in the future.

2. Place the item you would like to return, with all the original packaging in the box (including all appraisals and certificates if applicable) and address it to:

3. On your receipt, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as less than $500, you can ship it via any carrier. (BE SURE to ship your item fully insured.) For items that are more than $500, ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment arrived at its intended destination.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been re sized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

International orders cannot be returned. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay all import taxes and customs fees associated with their order.

Alaska Jewelry Inc will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
